Continuing Investment Keeps Us Ahead In The Calibration Sector
Our expertise in test instrument calibration has been developed and honed since we were established in February 1980. During that time we have calibrated literally millions of test meters, from small single-function electrical testers to complex, high voltage test systems. Due to our geographical location, we are the number one company for calibration in Scotland.
Our Hamilton laboratory has UKAS calibration certification to BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Our Calibration Certificates are traceable to National Standards including UKAS (field 1 and field 2 dimensional) for compliance with your Quality Assurance systems.
At Hamilton we can calibrate and certify electrical, temperature, flue gas analysers, pressure, HVAC, airflow, torque, dimensional instruments and thermal imaging cameras. Our Metrology division can calibrate, repair and recondition a wide range of vernier gauges, micrometers,surface tables and gauge blocks.
Megger Authorised Service Centre
Our calibration office in Hamilton is a Megger Approved Warranty Repair Centre. We only use genuine Megger spare parts in our instrument repairs.
Testo Authorised Domestic Flue Gas Analyser Service Company
Cuthbertson Laird has been approved in accordance with Testo Limited's terms and conditions to carry out servicing and calibration for the testo range of Domestic Flue gas Analysers (T310, T320, T325, T327 and T330). We are the only company in Scotland approved to service and calibrate Testo's range of Flue gas Analysers
Seaward Approved Service Centre
Our calibration office in Hamilton is Seaward Approved and is authorised to service and calibrate their wide range of instruments, including PAT Testers. As such, we are also able to reset the calibration warning screen on their PAT testers and MFT's.

TPI Flue Gas Analyser Calibration
As an Authorised TPI distribution and service centre, we are now also able to support your TPI test instruments' full life cycle with annual servicing.
Cuthbertson Laird Scotland (Hamilton) are fully equipped to carry out all annual servicing on the TPI Flue Gas Analyser range, offering you a quick turnaround time, pick-up and drop-off services and excellent customer support. We will be rolling this out across the branches over the coming months, so don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need your TPI equipment serving.
Our Latest Aquisition
Our lab can also calibrate, adjust and repair a wide range of equipment in our fully equipped UKAS accredited Dimensional Calibration Laboratory. Our commitment to quality and customer service is evident with our recent acquisition of the highly recommended Trimos Labconcept Calibration Measuring Machine (see image above).

Service Contracts
"Calibration Service Contracts" can also be arranged. These are very cost effective for companies who want annual / three year contracts at fixed calibration prices. We would need a full list of your inventory to give you the best price.
