Our office in Mallusk, Newtownabbey, can offer sales, repair, calibration and hire of test and measurement equipment, manufactured by all the major brands, including Megger, Seaward, Fluke, FLIR, GMI, HVI, GE Druck, T&R, Martindale, and many more. We offer a calibration service that covers the entire island of ireland, both north and south.

The Mallusk calibration laboratory is temperature controlled and equiped with the latest state-of-the-art calibrators and software. Our Calibration Certificates are traceable to National Standards. Our quality system is BSI registered: BS EN ISO 9001:2015, Certificate No. FS 20815.

We always try to calibrate and repair your test instruments in the fastest possible time. Standard turnaround times are usually two to three days, and we can even offer same day turnaround when needed urgently.

Megger Authorised Service Centre

Our calibration office in Mallusk is a Megger Approved Service Centre. We have access to their instruments' circuit diagrams and we can repair many of their most popular models. We only use genuine Megger spare parts in our instrument repairs.

Testo Authorised Domestic Flue Gas Analyser Service Company

Cuthbertson Laird has been approved in accordance with Testo Limited's terms and conditions to carry out servicing and calibration for the testo range of Domestic Flue gas Analysers (T310, T320, T325, T327 and T330). We are also able to calibrate many other makes of Flue Gas Analyser.

Seaward Approved Service Centre

Our calibration office in Mallusk is Seaward Approved and is authorised to service and calibrate their wide range of instruments, including PAT Testers. As such, we are also able to reset the calibration warning screen on their PAT testers and MFT's.

Onsite Calibration

Reduce downtime and increase efficiency for your business with our On-site Calibration service. To save on time and administration we can call at your site with technicians and all the necessary equipment. We will then calibrate and certify all your instruments in one go. Due to our long-established reputation and proven expertise, we have built-up an unrivaled client list in the oil and fisheries industries in Scotland.

Service Contracts

"Calibration Service Contracts" can also be arranged. These are very cost effective for companies who want annual / three year contracts at fixed calibration prices. We would need a full list of your inventory to give you the best price.

Digital Certification

A state-of-the-art Online Certification system has been implemented for convenient retrieval of your calibration certificates using any form of Tablet, PC or Smartphone. Our system is seperate from the one used by our sister offices in Hamilton & Leeds, and is used exclusively by us for our Irish customers.

These are now available to you in a secure, on-line environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This replaces (if requested) the time intensive, hands-on documentation required of paper certificates and eliminates the headaches of filing, storing of calibration certificates.
